Tonight: Gusty offshore winds. NE gusts of 30-40 mph in the North Bay interior mountains, isolated gusts above 50 mph on highest peaks. Winds elsewhere weaker, mainly above 1,000 feet.  Saturday: Sunny and seasonable. Daytime highs: 65 Coast to 77 Inland. Coastal flooding: An advisory runs 8am Saturday through 3pm Thursday, Oct. 29, for San Francisco/San Pablo Bay shoreline locations, Monterey Bay and Big Sur coast. The North Bay ocean coast and Peninsula coast join Monday at 9 a.m. High astronomical tides combined with elevated ocean levels can flood low-lying roads, paths and parking areas.  Tomorrow’s San Francisco high tide is 10:39 a.m., approximately 6.9 feet MLLW. Tides build further into next week, with the highest listed Wednesday around 12:56 p.m. Timing varies by location.  Other Alerts:  North Bay: Northern Lake County has a Freeze Warning from 1-9 am Saturday. Looking ahead: Rain potential toward Oct 30-November 1; Halloween timing and amounts remain uncertain!
